What to Expect
In the office: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Suite 9 is to the right of the lobby. There are bathrooms available for all clients inside the building. Ample street parking and a small parking lot next to the building.
In your home: The therapist may arrive up to 15 minutes early before your scheduled appointment. A 5 x 10 clear space is preferred to set up the massage table and provide room to work. Music will be provided via iPad. Please have a clock visible in the room if possible. A massage table, bolster for your legs and sheets will be provided.
For best results: Before each session, take a warm shower, eat a light meal and drink water. After each session: Take an Epsom salt bath, enjoy nature or take a nap, eat a healthy meal, and drink lots of water. These tips will help make your session more enjoyable and effective.
